應變 (Contingent)

Contingency 是「應變」的意思。它是名詞，其他例子：They have contingency
measures/arrangements for the attack 是「他們對襲擊有應變措施/安排」，A contingency fund 是「應變基金」，政府常用的 Contingencies 是「應急費用」。
