意見分歧

在任何機構以至政府部門或團體，職員或成員之間或各黨派都會有意見分歧或彼此互不讓步的情況出現，這就是英文的 Split的意思。
例如：The government split on the decision 是「政府對決定意見分歧」，而The issue will split the Green Party 就是「那問題將會使綠黨分裂」。
當然，我們不要忘記Split可以解作「分攤」、「均分」或「分裂」。例如：Split the cost of the breakfast 是 「分攤早餐錢」。
而They split the money between themselves 是「他們把錢分了」，至於 He split with his girl friend就是 「他跟女朋友分手了」，加上up 也可以，說一群人分手、分道揚鑣，我們也可說Split up, 例如： In Mongkok,the girls split up.
